4. Carefully, review your ordered items which appear on the " THANK YOU " page. then follow on screen instruction to complete your Lei Order. If you do not see the "THANK YOU " page which means that your order did not went through, then resubmit or call us for help.

5a. Our payment system is manual which means that duplicate charge will not be occur,  even with times of your Form submissions. Also, your order status should be available after 0.5-24 hours of the Form submission.

5b. Lei order confirmation is available, up on request only.  we do charge extra $15.00 which included the detail of  your Lei Order and the total charge on your account or any other concern of your order.

5c. LEI SUBSTITUTION: Lei substitution is a bigger" headache" for us which we have no intention to proceed on any Lei Order. However, occasionally the late arrival of flowers or in a very Pooler condition, therefore we have no other alternative but make a substitute on your order.  Because,  our primary concern is Lei quality not colors. If color or style is a very important factor to your event then call us to place a phone order. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY ONLINE ORDER! Otherwise we do as usual which proceed Lei substitution only if it is necessary.
